Every Sunday, 15 volunteers of CRY Foundation contribute to the hostel from 11 am to 1 am. During that time they make 15 groups according to class. There are 5 or 6 students in a class. Understand the difficulties faced by girls in difficult subjects. In Mathematics, English Science, the subject which girls find more difficult to understand is explained with understanding.
Volunteers who teach academic courses provide valuable educational support, often bridging gaps in formal education for residents. They bring diverse knowledge and teaching styles that can enhance the learning experience. They use electronic media like computer projectors to make it easier for girls to understand.
Volunteering has a positive impact on girls’ lives, girls enjoy learning. They live more happily in the hostel. Their intellectual abilities develop and their school grades improve. They pass with excellent marks. So every year 10th girls pass Maharashtra board exam with 70% to 90% marks. At the same time girls can choose their suitable career.

- Emotional connection and mentoring – Beyond teaching, volunteers often develop emotional connections with girls and become mentors, providing guidance and support in their educational journey and personal growth. He celebrates his birthday with his daughters.
- Cultural Exchange – All the volunteers come from different backgrounds, hailing from different cities and states, broadening the horizons of the hostel girls and providing cultural insights. Sometimes it also organizes cultural activities and sports.
